Responsibilities:
- Support to CFO on Strategic Financial Planning & Support
- Helping development of the AOP for the Organisation and variance reasoning

- Coordinate with various functions in preparation annual budgets as part of the overall planning process for the company in consultation with CFO
- Institute and implement budgetary control processes in the company to enable control of costs, monitoring of profitability and planning of cash flows - devise and drive cost reduction initiatives
- Followup with teams to implement highest standard of corporate governance and implement processes to improve internal accounting controls
- Serve as the custodian of all statutory and internal audits
- Working on Adhoc requirements received from CFO
Systems and Processes :
- Ensure creation of SOPs and SLAs for critical F&A processes
- Driving automation of operational processes
- Ensure diligent documentation, maintenance of updates on systems and reporting to management
- Ensure accuracy of data and that prescribed formats have been maintained
- Hand on experience in excel and SQL.

- Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of experience (CA is mandatory)
